Your Appointment

• If you are booking an appointment with me for the first time please call me on 07915924958. First appointments cannot be made via text message or email. 
• The full address of where you need to get to will be given to you when you make your appointment. I am located in Blacon in Chester.
• There is no reception area or waiting room so please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless a chaperone is required for the treatment. This must be discussed when you book.
• There is a free car park directly opposite my home (one way system in place). If this is full, then you can park with consideration directly on the road outside. The car park and road is not the responsibility of Dharma Holistic Therapies & Crafts and the vehicle and it's contents are left at the vehicle owner's risk.
• Should you wish to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be given to somebody else. Cancellations received after 8am on the day of your appointment will be charged at full price.
• All treatments are strictly by appointment only. Clients are not permitted to book appointments or make enquiries at the house.
• Avoid eating a large meal before your appointment. A light snack up to an hour before is OK.​
• Do not drink alcohol before your appointment. Treatment will be refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or recreational drugs of any kind.
• Face Coverings are a matter of personal choice and your decision will be respected. 
• If you feel unwell, even if you do not suspect that your symptoms are related to Covid-19, you must cancel your appointment. This has and always will be the case as it is bad practice to treat anyone with any kind of infection.
• Complementary therapy is just that - complementary. These treatments work alongside conventional medicine and are in no way a substitute for the advice or treatment you have been given by a medical professional. Some complementary/holistic therapies are not suitable for people with certain health conditions and for this reason it is necessary to complete a full consultation at your first appointment to establish suitability. Please inform me if you are pregnant or have any major health conditions (including but not exclusively - diabetes, epilepsy, heart condition, cancers) prior to your appointment. Occasionally, GP consent is required before a treatment can take place so it is helpful to have this information prior to any appointment.
• ​ Anyone wishing to pick up vouchers or purchases from The Dharma Hut Shop must do so at a prearranged time. 
• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. 
• Phones must be switched off prior to treatment. 
• Payment can be made by card, cash or bank transfer.
