Welcome to Dharma Holistic Therapies & The Dharma Hut Shop
Hello, I'm Helen. I am a complementary therapist based in Blacon, Chester, Cheshire. I have been providing therapeutic, holistic and complementary therapies since 2010 when i decided on a career change and took the opportunity to turn an interest and hobby into my life path.
I believe that many physical ailments can have an underlying cause or be exacerbated by emotional issues, which is why a truly holistic approach of working on the physical body and the subtle energy system is so important.
This isn't just about stress relief, this is about finding time to reconnect with who you really are. It's about taking time out to be still and listen to what your soul is telling you.
I am also passionate about the natural world and our beautiful environment. My previous life was in conservation so I love nature - both flora and fauna, and I am strongly committed to keeping my little business as ethical as my personal life and strive to have as little impact on the environment as possible. I am a big advocate for natural, cruelty free and chemical free alternatives to the products we use in our homes and on our bodies and reducing our environmental impact as we go is just as important. The products in the Dharma Hut shop are either handmade, organic, cruelty free, fair trade, chemical free, plastic free or pre-loved (books) and hold a positive energy.

I am a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and I am qualified to practice Indian Head Massage, Tsuboki® Japanese Face Massage, Ear Candling, Aromatherapy Body Treatments, Hot Stones Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology and Reproflexology - Reflexology for male and female fertility. I also hold a foundation certificate in Crystal Therapy and I incorporate crystals into my Reiki practice.
