Reproflexology (TM)
Reproflexology is a method of Reflexology designed to support and advise clients who may be having issues with fertility or who want to help themselves in conceiving naturally. Reproflexology is a course of treatments given at very specific times of the natural cycles of both male and female clients, focusing on the reproductive and endocrine systems as well as on relaxation, which is so important when trying to conceive. How often you will need to commit to a treatment and for how long is entirely dependant on individual cases and the issues/conditions you may be experiencing.
What to expect.....
Firstly I will need to speak to you on the phone to discuss your journey so far and together we can decide whether Reproflexology is the right path for you.
We will then arrange an appointment for an in depth consultation which will cover all aspects of your health and wellbeing. This consultation will be before any appointments are made to begin treatment. After the consultation, I spend time devising a personal treatment plan based on all the information you have given me. For this reason, there is a consultation fee of £20.00. From this point, I also ask female clients to start charting their temperature and you will be advised on the method and how to fill out the chart that will be provided.
Once I have your course of treatments planned, I will contact you to arrange your first appointment. Individual cases do vary but to give you an idea of the commitment that will be required, women may be asked to come for a treatment at 4 specific points during the menstrual cycle for at least one cycle or until the cycle regulates, then at two specific points during each subsequent cycle. Men may be asked to attend a treatment every week for 12 weeks (this is the life cycle of a sperm) and then twice a month for the next two months. If you are unable to commit, there is absolutely no obligation to do so.
Your treatments will begin on a prearranged date. At your first appointment you will also be given diet and lifestyle advice based on your consultation. Each treatment on each week of your cycle will be different as we work with specific protocols to remind your body what it should be doing and when, as well as addressing any conditions that may have a contributing factor. You may also be given "homework" to do between treatments - self stimulating specific points which you will be shown how to do as and when necessary. Each treatment costs £30.00 or you can pay for each 4 week cycle up front for £100.00
You are fully supported throughout your whole Reproflexology journey and are welcome to contact me at any point between treatments if you are unsure of anything at all. Preparing your body to bring life into the world naturally, is a special time and it is my job to make this time as stress free as possible.
