Having previously used sport massage therapists i have always been a little sceptical about aromatherapy massage, certainly those i have had on holiday etc have been pretty feeble and a bit too new age for me.
However, Helen was absolutely outstanding in choosing suitable aroma and applying enough (plenty) of pressure during the massage to really relax muscles pretty knotted up from sport.
I'd certainly recommend Helen to anyone whether you just want a nice relaxing massage or have serious muscle tightness that needs relieving.
